is a Tanzanian finance and investment professional with extensive experience spanning the private and public sectors. He currently serves as the Chief Executive of Global Alpha Capital, where he leads investment banking, capital markets, wealth management, and strategic financial advisory services. He has also been a key figure in launching innovative investment products, including Tanzania’s first Shariah-compliant collective investment scheme, the Alpha Halal Fund.
Also an expert in Finance,taxation public policy, and project management. He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK, & Tax Management from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) of Dar es Salaam. Has worked over two decades in senior
positions in the public sector, including as a Director for Research Policy and
Planning in the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), Commissioner for Policy Analysis (CPAD) in the Ministry of Finance and Planning and a Director for Research Policy and Planning in the President’s
Delivery Bureau (PDB).
